By accessing or using AwardRoute, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AwardRoute may update these terms by posting a revised effective date on this page.
Service and Operator
AwardRoute is an independently operated software service based in the United States. It helps users organize loyalty balances, compare redemption and transfer paths, review public promotions, and plan award travel. AwardRoute is not an airline, hotel, bank, issuer, loyalty program, travel agency, or booking engine.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not enter third-party loyalty passwords or other sensitive credentials into AwardRoute.
Informational Service
AwardRoute provides informational planning software, not financial, tax, legal, or travel-booking advice. Recommendations and calculations depend on user-entered data, public sources, assumptions, and program information that can change.
No Guarantee
Award availability, cash prices, points prices, transfer ratios, transfer timing, promotions, taxes, fees, and program rules change frequently. AwardRoute does not guarantee availability, accuracy, savings, transfer completion, or a booking result. Verify all material details directly with the relevant airline, hotel, bank, issuer, or loyalty program before acting.
Third-Party Services
AwardRoute may link to third-party websites and describe third-party programs. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. AwardRoute is not responsible for third-party content, account actions, outages, denials, devaluations, or changes.
Acceptable Use
You may not attack, overload, probe, scrape in violation of access rules, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, interfere with security, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or use AwardRoute to abuse a third-party service. Automated access requires written permission.
Intellectual Property
AwardRoute software, design, original text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Airline, hotel, bank, card, and loyalty-program names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant third-party programs.
Availability and Changes
AwardRoute may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users, the service, or third parties. The service may experience maintenance, outages, or data delays.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardRoute is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardRoute and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost points, lost bookings, lost savings, account actions, or decisions made from service information.
Suspension and Termination
AwardRoute may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment for a future paid service, violation of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request deletion through the published data-deletion process.
