We collect account email, profile preferences, loyalty program selections, wallet balances entered by users, project goals, app usage events, and operational logs needed to run the service.
We use this data to authenticate users, prioritize their selected programs, generate recommendations, operate support and security processes, and improve product reliability.
AwardRoute should not ask users for third-party loyalty account passwords. Users should not enter third-party passwords into notes or free-text fields.
Account and wallet data is retained while an account is active. Backup retention is managed by production backup policy. Users can request account deletion through the data deletion process.
