How to request deletion of AwardRoute account data.
Email privacy@awardroute.com from the account email with the subject 'Delete my AwardRoute account'. We will use the sender address to verify ownership before deletion.
Deletion includes account profile data, wallet balances, saved projects, and user-specific application records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until the backup retention window expires. Restored backups must re-apply deletion requests before returning to service.
